pgAdminIII not working

Hi:

 

I used pgAdminIII about 10 days ago and today, when I tried to access, I got an error: The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.

 

I advise how I can solve this problelm. Thanks for your time.
