Copy / Paste problem

With pgAdmin 1.4.3 under Kde, I don't test this on other window manager, 
I have problem with copy / paste
Both if I use ctrl+c / ctrl+v or menu copy / menu paste the text pasted 
is not always the last copied.
To enshure that the clipboard contains the last copied text I need to 
press ctrl+C more than 2 times.
Is it a problem related to pgadmin, Kde, X server, wxWidgets or 
something else?
Is a way to debug this problem?
Can I trace some system call or run pgadmin with debugger and put 
breakpoint somewhere?
