Unable to Install pgadmin3-1.4.1-1.i686.rpm on Fedora Core 4

Hi:

   I was unable to install pgadmin3-1.4.1-1.i686.rpm on my
computer.My OS is Linux FC4.

   I tried to run this command: rpm -Uvh
pgadmin3-1.4-1.i686.rpm 

   I got a error message saying :
 
     postgresql is needed by pgadmin3-1.4-1.i686.rpm

   I do have a PostgreSQL 8.1.3 database installed on my
computer (installed from source code).
