Mac OSX 10.4.2 problem...

I am running Mac OSX 10.4.2 and PgAdmin 1.2.2

Attempts to add a record to a simple database result
in crashing the application.

Frequently the crash occurs while trying to enter data
in the "bottom" row of the grid.

I don't have this problem on my windows box.

Is this a well known problem? Do you need more info?
