Hi,

 

I am having problem trying to log to my school server. This error message was shown when I am trying to connect to the server: 

 

Unexpected protocol character during authentication;
Error while reading from the socket.

 

Please tell me what can I do?

 

What versions of pgAdmin and PostgreSQL are you running?
