Hello,

FC2 requires a much newer snapshot - specifically:
wxWidgets-pgAdmin3-20040711-1.tar.bz2 which can be found at
http://pgadmin.postgresql.org/snapshots/wxWidgets/. You will also need a
recent pgAdmin snapshot.
