Somebody already worked on the hungarian's translation. It's 41% done.
As it is actually unmaintained, you can be the official maintainer. If
it's OK for you, grab this file :
  http://www.pgadmin.org/svnrepo/pgadmin3/i18n/hu_HU/pgadmin3.po

Take a look at the translation HOWTO
(http://www.pgadmin.org/translation/howto.php) and you'll be able to
start translating your .po file :)

And when you're done, send me the translation so that I can put it on
our SVN repository.
