Log:
When refreshing the tree after closing a dialogue, try to update the table node if there is one. If we can't find an item or collection to update, force an update of the current tree node. It might have changed since the dialog was opened, but in the few corner cases this may cover that hopefully is unlikely to be the case. Per report from Martin Serrano
