One problem of wxWidgets for MSW.

Hi Andreas.

I have the problem by reference of wxstd.mo since Version 2.6.2. 
This is generated in Japanese windows.

problem is solved although it may not be the optimal.:-)

I still have to pursue a Linux problem....
