latest pgadmin3.app binary from svn ...

for those interested in 'playing', i've UL'd a recent .app build of 
pgadmin3-svn (r4316) built on/for OSX 10.4.1, @:

    <http://openmacnews.tripod.com/pgadmin3/pgAdmin3.app.tgz>
